Understand the Market
I start with the application, customer profile, price position, certification needs and competitive environment—not with a fixed product list.
I help international lighting businesses turn market needs into practical products, dependable supply and long-term growth.
Growing up in Wenzhou showed me how entrepreneurship can create opportunity. Studying law taught me discipline, structure and responsibility. International trade taught me everything else.
I entered foreign trade in 2006. There was no established platform waiting for me, and even my first proforma invoice had to be learned from scratch. I asked questions, studied every document, listened carefully to customers and kept improving one order at a time.
Those early years shaped the way I still work today: understand the customer’s market first, communicate clearly, and take responsibility when a problem needs to be solved.
“A good supplier completes an order. A valuable partner helps the customer make a better decision.”
One defining moment came when two Colombian customers needed urgent help during a factory visit in Hangzhou. I was on maternity leave in Ningbo, but their issue could not be solved from a distance.
I travelled to meet them, worked through the problem and helped bring the project back on track. The experience later led to a deeper sourcing and quality-control partnership.
The lesson stayed with me: responsiveness matters most when the answer is not easy, and long-term business is built through actions rather than promises.
The product portfolio has changed over the years, but the direction has remained consistent: follow real customer needs and build the capabilities required to serve them well.
