The production of LED lighting fixtures typically involves multiple steps, especially in the production of LED panel lights. So what are the steps involved in the production of King Ornan panel lights?
Panel light is mainly composed of: die-cast shell light source plate light guide three-piece drive.
Shell: Shell material is made of 1070 aluminum alloy, 226W/mK good heat conductivity and workability. The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the materials shall be sampled after entering the factory.
Aluminum melting: The CNC-controlled combustion furnace heats aluminum ingot, and to the melting state, strict temperature, to prevent the damage of aluminum elements.
The 850T large die-casting machine is used for die-casting molding. Due to the advantages of large pressure, high injection force, fast injection speed, good locking force, and so on, the molten aluminum can be guaranteed to have good fluidity in the mold, and the product can be smooth in appearance, dense in texture, without porosity, slag inclusion, micro-cracks, and other defects.

Surface treatment: Because there is oil on the surface of the die-cast products, the heating tank with special decontamination liquid is put into it for dipping, cleaning, re-dipping, cleaning, recycling several times to clean the oil and dirt on the internal and external surfaces of the products, and the appearance of the products is slightly shiny.
Diffusion plate: in the PC diffusion plate made of the plate to add a special light dispersing agent, in the premise of ensuring the high transmissivity of light, change the Angle of the incident light, so that the light reaches the effective luminous surface refraction and scattering, so as to obtain good light diffusion effect. Its high transmittance enables the light to pass through the plate as much as possible to reach the effective luminous surface, avoid being reflected and absorbed, and form a white and cloudy appearance in the effective luminous surface, so as to improve the luminous efficiency and reduce energy consumption. High thermal deformation temperature: 130℃/PC> 100 ℃ / PMMA> 70℃/PS, and good fire resistance and aging resistance.
